Arrest alert! A cast member of Real World PDX was allegedly arrested last night outside of Couture. You know what they say, what happens at Couture... is going to be awful. I will let you know if any more details become available.
We will see if there is a round two tonight as the group is apparently heading to Dirty. I am confident they will fit right in. Good luck to @roodiepdx who is hoping to get a few photos tonight.
As for things at the house, a few too many people in the Pearl have been eyeing the service entrance:
Additionally, here is another of my mildly creepy videos. The dog is definitely the highlight of events thus far:
Good luck to all of you hoping to track down the cast at Dirty.

"Sound the Alarm! New Info on Cast Members!" Tuesday (8/21) - 9:27am
I'm sure you were all waiting for the next bombshell. It would seem we now know more about the guys of Real World Portland. First, we have Jordan Wiseley. I have mentioned before that Jordan is a former wrestler who attended Oklahoma State University, but did you know he is a wake boarding enthusiast? Here is a picture of Jordan with his attempt at stunner shades:
Jordan Wiseley
Not enough for you? Here is a video of Jordan and his wake boarding prowess. Apparently, he wants "to get into the business side of the sport." I guess he just needs to sit back and wait for that market to develop overnight. He's got some good moves. If this is in fact the same Jordan that lives across the street with the rest of the cast, (You never know. This is the Internet) then I wish him the best:
If you want more on Jordan, here is where I found his info. The site has a few extra photos. Not sure how fantastic this source is, but it looks solid enough for Real World gossip and has been used as a source by a number of people online who know a lot more about the show than I. Below is another picture of Jordan. After some internal debate about whether this is the same guy in the first photo, I'm deciding to post it. Keep this in mind for the photo of all seven later in the blog.
Next, we have Johnny Reilly from Boston. Let me start by saying that my mom is from Boston, I have a ton of family back there, and with the exception of the Boston Celtics, I love their sports teams. Having said that, I have to ask. Is there any Boston guy that has NOT taken this exact picture before?
Johnny Reilly (aka "Boston")
Now, I watched the video and actually, I like this guy. He seems funny and pretty normal and I have soft spot for Bostonians. I have been told they call him "Boston," which seems fitting. It's better than classic Boston nicknames like Smitty, Morgie, or Sully (excluding Sullenberger - he gets a pass). Here is Johnny's Real World casting video:
As for our third guy, his name is Zach according to a source but this is not confirmed. And for the record, I don't believe he was actually arrested. I feel like we would have heard more about it if he was. I know many of you wish he had been for the drama, but I'd like to think he didn't end up in jail that night.
When it comes to the girls, I have posted numerous times about Averey (picture below from Byron Beck) and her Arizona bartending past:
I also did a detailed write-up last week of ballroom dance instructor and model Jessica McCain. Here is a little more information about Jessica from the Internet's leading authority on all things Real World.
As for the two other girls in the house, I am still waiting to determine which one of the girls is named Kayla, and determine the mystery identity of the fourth girl.
With a big thank you to @JustyWTAMusic (for those of you over 40, that's a Twitter handle), this is the clearest picture of the seven I have seen so far:
In the photo, you see what it would look like if John Madden were into reality television. Here is the Real World PDX scorecard so far:
Jordan Wiseley (from Oklahoma) - #4
Johnny Reilly (from Boston) - #1
Jessica McCain (from North Carolina) - I think #5?
Averey (from Arizona) - #7
Zach - #2
Kayla - ?
Not-Kayla - ?
I'm guessing Zach, Kalya, and not-Kayla aren't from Portland either. As many suspected, there is nothing Portland about this Real World cast. They seem to have selected people who will translate well to the next Real World-Road Rules Challenge, but it appears at least on the surface, that there is a very specific type of person the Real World casts each season. Reality TV used to mean something, man.

"Footage You Won't See On Real World PDX!" & "Trek In The Park" Coverage
Thurs. 8/23 (9:26 am)
Let me start by saying that I have confirmed from a VERY credible source that (as I guessed in my last blog) Real World Portland cast member Zach was NOT arrested, despite an earlier rumor. Guess this marks the first time that someone has ever lied on Facebook.
Now, here is the footage you definitely won't see on the Real World Portland when it airs. Last week, a female cast member was sitting on the ledge of the deck looking longingly off into the distance. It would have been a beautifully poignant moment that the cameras (and the girl) would have loved. The only problem? The cameras were nowhere to be found. No matter how deeply or how longingly she looked off, those damn camera people just didn't make their way out there. I'd like to say I was going for this effect in the photo, but I wasn't. Here is a picture of the situation:
Cue the music: "I don't wanna wait, for this liiiiiiife to be over . . ."
In other footage you won't see on Real World PDX, a mystery girl (could be a cast member?) was out on the deck Tuesday morning. I don't think this girl has shown up previously in pictures, but with the identity of two of the girls not yet determined, she could definitely be living in the house. It might seem like I sit at my window and spy all day, but to be honest, I really don't. This is not my real day job. I just got lucky.
First, the girl walked up the hot tub stairs on to the top of the hot tub cover, and bent down to pick up her cigarettes. I was terrified I was about to witness a hot tub catastrophe (I totally saw the news story in my head) so I was ready to call am ambulance if needed. After all, she could have just walked around ON THE GROUND to the other side and picked the cigarettes up, right? Instead, she did not injure herself and just hung out with the star of the show, Daisy the dog. Here are a couple photos:
Here is a short video of her playing with the dog:
Another quick update. It turns out that cast member Jordan (wakeboarder discussed in last blog) is missing four fingers on his left hand. I read this in a post by "Elizabethany," who lives up to her title as "Real World guru." Even though I took the picture she used, I hadn't noticed that.
On a final Real World Portland note, you have to wonder if and when these kids will ever start working. Did Pizza Schmizza decide it wasn't worth the hassle? I keep waiting for a report of them working, but it is just not coming. People say that have seen them in there (possibly training) but no work so far. I will continue to keep an eye on these "foreigners" possibly stealing our Portland jobs. Regardless they were spotted at Pizza Schmizza having a few drinks last night, so I suppose it's still likely.
If you are only interested in Real World Portland, this part might not be for you, but on another note, if you are a Portland-area resident (or just in town) and you are looking for something fun to do this weekend, look no further than Star Trek in the Park. Trek is put on by Atomic Arts (a Portland-based theater company) and has had a very successful run over the last few years. Portland mayor Sam Adams even declared August 19th "Star Trek in the Park day." Here is a news story about Trek that CBS Sunday Morning did on them a few weeks back:
Trek in the Park is down to its final two performances of the year at the Cathedral Park Theater (under the St. John's Bridge). Their final shows will be on Saturday and Sunday at 5pm (directions on Atomic Arts website). You used to have to get there crazy early to get a good seat, but the new location and mics on the actors have made that much less of an issue. The group does not charge admission but they will accept donations and they do sell shirts, so tip well if you like the performance. They really work hard to put on a good show. I thoroughly enjoyed it last year and will be there again this weekend.
Here are some pictures I found on my friend's Facebook page, but don't worry - I'm still giving credit to the people that took the pictures.

Here is a photo gallery from the CBS Sunday morning story if you want to take a closer look. In addition, Portland Mercury blogger Bobby Roberts (try saying that 3 times fast) has an excellent "Unofficial Tips and Tricks Player's Guide" to the show. Make sure to take specific notice of Paul Pistey's performance as Dr. McCoy. A Willamette Week review of Trek praised him for having the "best comic timing of the bunch." As I said before, the show is awesome and everyone I know that has gone this year has loved it. But, don't tell that to the people who run the "Drammys," Portland's theater awards. They have overlooked this ground-breaking group every year. Last Sunday, Trek in the Park drew over 2,000 people to their show, the largest theater crowd in Portland history. Theater people are always jealous when they get upstaged by a show that people actually want to see, so maybe that explains their disdain. Get it together Drammys!
Hopefully Real World Portland will show up this weekend to make this all mesh together. Continue to follow me on Twitter @RealWorldPDXspy for the latest updates on the cast!
